Regrind

According to the basic stages of plastic recycling, plastic waste is processed in the order of crushing, classifying, sorting, melting and cooling. Once the first three steps have been completed, the plastic regrind / shred is available to the processor.
The extent to which all three steps in plastics recycling are necessary to obtain a clean ground stock depends on the quality of the original material. If the source material is a single-grade plastic, then under certain circumstances, only the crushing process must take place in order to obtain a corresponding plastic grinding material. By contrast, if the source material consists of mixed plastics, the steps of classifying and sorting must take place after the crushing process in order to obtain the desired quality of the plastic product to be ground. We explore the possible application of regrind available on the market for your products.
